LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man was arrested in Louisville's Portland neighborhood on Tuesday after police say he was causing trouble at a polling location, even preventing someone from voting. Police said Jacen Cockerell, 40, was making threats toward voters and damaged a voting machine at a polling location.
