A federal judge on Monday dismissed the criminal cases against James Comey and Letitia James. The case was dismissed without prejudice. Quite obviously, Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle (D-SD) and the leadership at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), are using the death of the ultra-liberal (read socialist) Senator Paul Wellstone for all the political mileage they can squeeze out of it.
