As expected, the GOP presidential contenders criticized and blistered President Barack Obama's speech, to which he was nearly twenty minutes late, in which he proposed increased taxes as part of his overall economic plan. Businessman Herman Cain's response and statement stood out as the most effective and powerful among all the candidates because it did what few statements and responses do -- actually respond Obama's words.
