The Islamist terror group, Jabhat al-Nusra—the Al Qaeda affilate in Syria—executed a woman in the main square of the village of Ma'arrat Misrin after accusing her of adultery. In a video made of the execution (see below), the woman appears to be in her forties. Before being executed by a gunshot wound to the head, a man stands near the executioner reading out the sentence.
