SIERRA VISTA — A three month study has determined that Sierra Vista is a potentially viable site for the development of a cluster of efforts focused on making the city a cybersecurity hub, although it would require significant investment and mean competing with other communities looking for a piece of the billions of dollars pouring into the industry.
