Federal officials confirmed two Mexican military helicopter incursions took place in skies over Starr and Hidalgo County today but are asking the public not to be alarmed. Local law enforcement officials were put on alert after a Mexican military helicopter was spotted in Alto Bonito and headed east into Hidalgo County. Mexican troops crossed the border into Arizona and held a U.S. Border Patrol agent at gunpoint on Sunday, according to a published report. Likud Knesset member Yuval Steinitz called on the government to allow the IDF to re-enter Gaza in a pre-emptive strike to head off further development of terrorist infrastructure.
