U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan – currently presiding over the Trump January 6th trial prosecuted by the Biden Justice Department – previously worked at a law firm that represented Russia hoax dossier firm Fusion GPS. During her time at Boies Schiller Flexner, the law firm also reportedly represented Huma Abedin, a key figure in the Hillary Clinton private email server case.

The federal judge overseeing the 2020 presidential election case against former President Donald Trump raised the point last year that Trump was still “free” after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
