Arlington, Mass. — Arlington Police arrested a Florence Avenue man just before 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, on a default warrant in connection with charges stemming from last November when he allegedly pulled up American flags round the Veterans Memorial in Arlington Center, and then urinated on the memorial.
