Amin son starts rebel group - govt Brig. Kale Kayihura has said exiled former president Idi Amin’s son is training a rebel group to attack Uganda from DR Congo. Kayihura is the UPDF Chief Political Commissar and former commander of the Ugandan troops in eastern DR Congo. “We have information that Taban Amin is recruiting and has set a base near the Uganda border,” Kayihura told Sunday Monitor yesterday.
