Donald Trump is pointing to his hardline stance on immigration to suggest how he would have prevented the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. Donald Trump says he's not blaming George W. Bush for 9/11, but he claims that if he'd been president, the attacks never would have happened.
