A U.S. Border Patrol agent in Vermont has reportedly been shot and killed by an illegal immigrant on Interstate 91 in Coventry, Vermont. The incident took place around 3:15 PM on January 20 during a traffic stop near the Canadian border. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed the death of the agent. The shooter is believed to have been in a vehicle with another suspect. One of the suspects has also been killed. A woman was also injured during the incident. ... BOSTON — Rep. Dan Winslow wants to raise the speed limit on certain stretches of interstate highways in Massachusetts from 65 miles per hour to 70 miles per hour. “Our roads are designed for 70.
