Yavapai County sheriff's deputies have arrested a teacher at American Heritage Academy on charges of having sex with a student. Deputies went to the school Thursday after the school principal reported catching the teacher and student in a compromising situation. The principal, Leonard Miller, told sheriff's detectives he tried to enter biology teacher Emili Kay Daniels' classroom, but the door was locked. Va., with his eighth-grade teacher. The boy, a student at Maurice Donahue Elementary School, "was found to be OK," said Holyoke Police Chief Anthony R. Scott. The teacher Lisa Lavoie, 24, was taken into custody by local police and will be charged with enticement of a child, which is a felony, Scott said.

On January 31, Sheriff's deputies say Brown lured the 14-year-old boy to a hotel for sex. Deputies say Brown sent the boy text messages saying she was a young girl. The boy then went to the hotel room and was told to keep the lights off. But after the two had sex, the boy turned on the light in his cell phone and saw Brown's face.
