When 'stop and frisk' was instituted, there were 2000 murders per year. They immediately dropped to 500. To most people that would be called an amazing success. But since it does not fit the liberal agenday, lets ignore that. Skip ahead a few years, and a new liberal mayor does not like how evil 'stop and frisk' is (despite saving 1500 lives per year). So he removes stops that policy. Murders do not immediately jump back up to 2000 peryear, so to liberals thats a sign that 'stop and frisk' was not working. That's not a lie or damnable lie....
