Polling Questions Christine Eckard, 60, died at the scene of the crash that occurred just before 5 a.m. in the 4900 block of Bethlehem Road, said Henrico County police Capt. J.P. Meade. Leticia Renteria, 8, was taken to VCU Medical Center, where she later died, Meade said....
