CONCORD - Amid growing concern across the nation about the war in Iraq, Concord on Sunday celebrated the homecoming of one of its sons, the sixth such event in a tradition that began earlier this year. Marine Sgt. Kevin Tillman, 25, a 1998 graduate of Concord High School, served in Kuwait and Iraq from March 2003 to September 2003.
