Tonight, 08/08/2016, FOX's Brett Baier said in a their Prime Time Hard News show that Hillary actually says NOT raise Taxes on the Middle Class in her video when she clearly says - We're going to raise taxes on the middle class! Baier says in the same clip we all saw - she actually says the word "Not" but is drowned out. This is how crazy FOX has gone to prop up Ole' Hillary! No mention of her sickness or stair challenges.
