Note to FR, from summer: As many of you know, I spent 14 months writing about FL Gov Jeb Bush here on FR prior to his landslide re-election in Nov 2002, and much of my motivation was an extended email dialogue he and I had about education. During the time of that chat I had with Gov Bush here in FL, I was still a registered Dem voter -- and had contributed ZERO dollars to any political party.
