Senator Clinton wants you to pay $3,000 to chat with her. Seriously.

Note to FR, from summer:
As many of you know, I spent 14 months writing about FL Gov Jeb Bush here on FR prior to his landslide re-election in Nov 2002, and much of my motivation was an extended email dialogue he and I had about education.
During the time of that chat I had with Gov Bush here in FL, I was still a registered Dem voter -- and had contributed ZERO dollars to any political party. As a result of that chat, I eventually decided to leave the Dem Party and become an independent voter.
Now, fast forward -- I see that NY Dem Senator Hillary Clinton is also willing to chat to people, provided they first hand over $3,000 to her.
Seriously. I am not making this up. CLICK HERE to find out more from a new web site from Senator Clinton, or simply read the copied text, below:
----------

---------
I do not usually write editorials unless there is some pressing reason, and I think this is one - because IMO, her "invitation" to chat shows an important difference between Dem and GOP leaders in this country.
And, many voters, including some of my Dem teacher friends, might still be very surprised to find out this fact: money talks when you're a Dem.
But, when you're not rich -- amazingly, the party you can still talk to is: the GOP. Even the White House does online chats now. (FOR FREE TO ALL VOTERS).
OK, I am done with my rant. That $3,000 price tag required to talk to Senator Clinton, an elected official, just really bugs me.

Thanks for letting me vent. If FL Gov Jeb Bush charged every voter $3,000 prior to emailing him, he'd be a multi-billionaire, many times over, by now.

LOL...well, politely ask her why she charges money, while other leaders -- in the GOP -- don't. As a public school teacher, I would like to know her answer to that question. I really would.

I'd kick in if I could get a transcript of the Hildebeast being slowly roasted by either AG or JH2...

I'd pay $3,000 if she was required to answer my questions and she was given truth serum. Otherwise it sounds like a cheap way to get money from the stupid without even giving them a meal.

The alternative, for all voters, regardless of income -
World Wide Jeb -- from The Wall Street Journal:
...Jeb Bush has stunned many Floridians over the last four years by passing out business cards with his personal e-mail address at public appearances, and then actually responding to their messages. "I get perhaps 150 to 200 e-mails a day," he told The Wall Street Journal's editorial board this month. "It helps me keep close to the pulse of the people. I get unfiltered advice or criticism, and different information than my staff can give me." The governor answers some e-mails and forwards others to relevant department heads, but he reads them all. ...

Hey, guess how much the GOP charged me for an internet chat with Laura Bush last month.
Zero.
Yep, not a dime.

$3,000? Well, I was going to have some dental work done and pay my car insurance premium, but how could I pass up an opportunity like that?!?

Interesting.
The wife of the common man charges 3 grand for a chat, while the GOP charges nothing to chat with Laura.
Remind me again, who are the elitists?

Anybody stupid enough to pay $30.00 for her book of lies should be more than willing to pay $3,000.00 for the same lies from the horses mouth. My apologies to the equine population.

I wonder if she'll run an ad for her 1-900-DEM-LIES chat line late at night on TV ... with the rest of the wh*res.
