35-year-old Hugo Hernandez-Mendez, an illegal alien from Guatemala, brutally murdered a Maryland teen and threw her body off a bridge last month. 19-year-old Dacara Thompson went missing two weeks ago after she left her father’s house to put gas in her car. Surveillance video from the gas station shows Dacara Thompson approaching Hernandez-Mendez’s vehicle. After speaking to him for about a minute, she gets into the passenger side.
