ALBANY, N.Y. — Governor Kathy Hochul is calling on President Donald Trump to release $400 million in federal funds for the Home Energy Assistance Program. Governor Hochul said 1.5 million New Yorkers will rely on HEAP to help them heat their homes this winter.
