    FBI agents on Monday arrested an elementary school teacher on charges he possessed at least three images of child pornography. Robert Cholowinski had told agents last week that he had been trading in child pornography over the Internet for several years, the FBI said. Agents found what appeared to be such images on his computer at his Neptune home.
