White House counselor Kellyanne Conway came out swinging Sunday morning against former Vice President Joe Biden in the wake of accusations from a former Nevada state legislator who said Biden inappropriately touched her hair and kissed the back of her head at a campaign stop in 2015. In an interview on "Fox News Sunday," Conway said the woman, Lucy Flores, was "very bold to come forward" against someone in her own political party and wondered why Biden had not apologized to her.
