Hot, dry weather concerns Oregon firefighters The Associated Press 8/12/02 10:28 AM Firefighters battling the giant lightning-caused Biscuit fire in southern Oregon and northern California watched nervously Monday as hot, dry and windy conditions moved into the fire zone. A new fire, this one human caused, sprang up Sunday in eastern Oregon. "This one has potential.
