"What happens to the GOP if amnesty is enacted?" It's a peculiar question given the posts I have read since before, and after, the 2006 mid-term elections regarding teaching Republicans a lesson. My Houston, Texas Congressman (John Culberson) and two Texas Senators fought hard against the amnesty immigration bills.
