Marco Rubio (Fla.) is the most viable prospect for the general election.     Democrat Ann McLane Kuster has overtaken Republican Charlie Bass in the 2nd District U.S. House race, while Republican Frank Guinta continue to lead Democratic incumbent Carol Shea-Porter in the 1st District contest. According to new WMUR polls conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, released this evening, Kuster leads Bass, 43 to 36 percent while Guinta leads Shea-Porter, 48 to 36 percent.
