The mom of a local middle-school student sent me (and the rest of her list) an email about an upcoming "Challenge Day" scheduled at school. The purpose of her email was to recruit parent volunteers for the day. She included a brief description and a link to the website. The vague description raised some red flags, so I went to the website and did some information gathering.
