VALPARAISO, Ind. -- A disagreement over potato chips led a female jail inmate to attack another inmate, Porter County officials said. Police said Mary Louise Ochoa, 29, of Gary, attacked Kelly Katona in Katona's cell Monday afternoon. Ochoa faces a possible charge of aggravated battery, police said.
