Homosexual Lobby groups are delighted at the prospect of the John+John Democratic Presidential ticket. The National Stonewall Democrats, a leading Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered actvist group issued a statement on Tuesday stating that, "the selection of Senator Edwards solidifies the most pro-gay ticket in the history of presidential politics." Lengthy statements of support were also issued by Human Rights Campaign, and the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.
