A family in Glasgow, Montana is accusing the state’s child protective services of “kidnapping” their teenage daughter after the girl began to identify as a transgender “boy.” Krista and Todd Kolstad spoke to Reduxx about their ordeal, revealing that the child had been removed from their care and was now going to be sent to Canada. Krista, the child’s step-mother, explains that their nightmare began in August of 2023 after they received a call that their 14-year-old daughter, Jennifer*, had expressed suicidal ideations while at school. “She had always had problems at school,” Krista says, noting that she and Todd...

Bud Light is staging a comeback with the launch of a flashy new Super Bowl LVIII ad after the beleaguered brand suffered huge sales losses in the wake of its disastrous marking campaign with Dylan Mulvaney. The beer brand, who is the official beer sponsor of the NFL, released a teaser of the commercial on Thursday which it said will expand its 'Easy to Drink, Easy to Enjoy' platform. 'The brand is back with a humorous spot introducing a new character to the Bud Light universe and some familiar faces from the platforms the brand has been passionate about for...

Last week, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, a Republican, vetoed a measure that would have barred minors from receiving harmful transgender interventions such as puberty blockers and wrong-sex hormones. Amid intense backlash, he’s since tried to run damage control, signing an executive order on Friday that bans only trans surgeries for minors. We hope Ohio Republicans still override DeWine’s veto. There’s more going on behind the scenes of the medical establishment, however, especially as it relates to the “gender dysphoria” diagnosis. Gender dysphoria must be addressed in conjunction with contributing factors, such as adverse childhood experiences, but instead licensed clinicians rush...

A school district in Lynchburg, Virginia, has received multiple death threats after the Washington Post published an article that claimed the board created a “blueprint for how to belittle, betray and dismiss kids” because it refused a $10,000 donation from a radical LGBT-pushing group. The Lynchburg City School Board voted 7 to 2 against the creation of LGBT “safe spaces” in its schools – designed to take children out of lessons and allow them to talk about their feelings in “comfortable chairs, blankets and low light” – with funds from the charity “It Gets Better.” The rejection infuriated Petula Dvorak...

The Department of Education (DOE) has opened an investigation into an incident at a Wisconsin school involving a transgender woman student in a locker room with female students. The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, a conservative law firm, announced this week that it received a letter from the DOE saying that the department's Office of Civil Rights (OCR) was opening an investigation into a complaint it filed earlier this year involving a transgender student who undressed in front of female students in the Sun Prairie Area School District (SPASD). Newsweek reached out to the DOE via email for comment....

Campus Pride’s list of the worst colleges and universities for LGBTQ+ students in the United States has grown to 196. This year, three new campuses were added and updates were made to nearly one-third of the campuses on the list, documenting new instances of anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination. “The Worst List provides prospective college students and their families with crucial information about the most blatantly unsafe campuses in the country for LGBTQ+ people,” said Campus Pride Founder, CEO and Executive Director Shane Mendez Windmeyer. “It is absolutely necessary to bring attention to campuses that have a documented history of anti-LGBTQ+ actions or...

Same-sex couples have to pay thousands of pounds before they can access IVF fertility treatment through the NHS in contrast to the process for heterosexual couples which has been labelled as a “Gay Tax”, according to a report. As reported by the BBC, NHS England funds IVF for heterosexual couples who have been trying to conceive, unsuccessfully, for at least two years whilst other details such as age and weight status. However, campaigners are aggrieved that same-sex couples face a different process in that they need to prove their infertility before the NHS will commit to IVF but as part...

When I was in high school, my school district adopted regulations that prevented queer students from having their sexual or gender identities disclosed without their consent. The change was liberating. No longer fearful that a misplaced comment about my sexual identity would lead to parental rejection and housing insecurity, I expressed my queerness and authentically engaged with my education for the first time. I drew connections between course materials and queer history; I allowed my queerness to inform discussions with teachers; I explored intellectual passions that were related to my queer identity. But now, my home state is trying to...

California Governor Gavin Newsom named a black woman to fill the Senate seat left vacant by the death of Dianne Feinstein. And not just any black woman. Laphonza Butler is a black lesbian woman, and for that, according to Newsom, “She will make history.” *She’s been involved in California politics for nearly 15 years, and she used to head up the Golden State’s largest labor union, according to The New York Times.* Butler was also “an adviser to Vice President Kamala Harris,” The Times reports. “In 2021, she became the first Black woman to take the helm at Emily’s List,...

CNN is now calling it “anti-gay” if you prosecute somebody who has sex with a child or a disabled person. That’s what’s currently unfolding in Uganda, where two men are currently being charged with unlawful sex with child and a disabled person — crimes that could result in the death penalty. CNN, instead of expressing immediate outrage over these crimes, turned their article into a “victim’s advocate” piece, forgetting that the real victim here is the child.Instead of showing immediate outrage over these crimes, CNN twisted their article into a “victim’s advocate” piece, completely overlooking the fact that the real...

Canada has issued a new travel warning to its LGBT citizens planning to visit the United States. Anti-LGBT protests in the US rose 30-fold last year compared with 2017, while legal moves to restrict LGBT rights are on the rise. Global Affairs Canada warned that some state laws may affect them on their travels, but did not specify where. Such warnings are usually reserved for countries such as Uganda, Russia or Egypt. "Some states have enacted laws and policies that may affect 2SLGBTQI+ persons. Check relevant state and local laws," reads its US travel advice page. The term 2SLGBTQI+ is...

Gender dysphoria (G.D.) claims that someone whose sex was determined at birth to be male is entitled later to "identify as" female and take appropriate measures. Analogously, someone whose sex was determined at birth to be female is entitled later to "identify as" male and take appropriate measures. What about this? Entering stage right is conservative philosopher WVO Quine (1908–2000), who taught at Harvard University for decades and published widely during a long and distinguished career. While many of Quine's contributions are technical, there is a fairly simple one that applies to the problem at hand. Suppose, Quine noted, that...

In a landmark decision, Brazil's Supreme Court on Tuesday (August 22) ruled that homophobic slurs will now be punishable by prison. The decision has been received well by the LGBTQ+ community which has been battling rampant violence against it in the country. In a nearly unanimous 9-1 ruling, homophobic slurs have been put on the same legal level as racist hate speech. Justice Edson Fachin, who delivered the verdict, said the ruling was a "constitutional imperative" to give LGBTQ+ citizens equal protection under the law. The Brazilians were elated after the announcement and took to social media to rejoice in...

A "deeply alarming" situation has unfolded in Colorado, where a Christian-owned coffee shop has reportedly been under fire by LGBT activists, communists, and others over the owners' "biblical stance on sexual sin." "Since its opening last month, The Drip Café, a Christian-owned coffee shop ministry in Denver, has been targeted by protesters over its belief that homosexuality is sinful," Christian Post reporter Ian Giatti wrote earlier this month. "Owner Jamie Sanchez believes the Denver communists and other LGBT protesters were triggered by Scripture on the website of his coffee shop's parent nonprofit Recycle God's Love, which ministers to the local...

For years I’ve been sounding the alarm about an impending social, cultural, and spiritual crisis, and for years critics have compared me to Chicken Little, discounting my warnings as the ravings of a hysterical, religious fundamentalist. Well, it’s a little late for that now.

MSNBC host Jen Psaki claimed the GOP was "trying to recruit" Muslims into being anti-transgender, although activists from the Islamic community have disputed the claim peddled by the liberal network of a "toxic agenda" they are being accused of joining and say it is an issue of religious freedom, not politics. The former White House press secretary claimed on her Sunday show, "Inside with Jen Psaki," that the Republican Party was dividing Muslims from transgender people, and listed why she believed the GOP was a danger to the Muslim community. The comments were first noted by Kevin Tober at Media...

In Igros Moshe Even HaEzer 4:113 Rav Moshe Feinstein responded to a question that concerned a husband who, unbeknownst to his wife at the time they married, turned out to be engulfed in homosexual behavior. Could the marriage be annulled due to mekach ta'us (a purchase made under false pretenses), or would the wife require a get (writ of divorce) as is standard? After a Talmudic analysis, Rav Moshe writes as follows (see here for original Hebrew): “Regarding the matter at hand, since we find that a great blemish is in essence a mekach ta'us even regarding a woman [who...

June is designated as “Pride Month,” which is allegedly about inclusion and diversity, but the Pride Police don’t actually believe in that. There is no diversity of opinions on LGBTQ issues. It’s “My Way” or the Bigot Highway. They say Pride Month is about visibility, but there shall be no visibility for any resistance. Their mentality: agree, or vanish. In Grand Rapids, Michigan, “scandal” erupted when a news manager at WOOD-TV wrote a memo to staff to remember that there were two differing views on Pride events in the community. Quickly, the station’s owner – Nexstar, the largest owner of...

A group of lesbian women were removed by law enforcement during a Pride march in Cardiff, Wales, for “causing confrontation” after they were verbally attacked by trans activists. The organization, Get The L Out”, opposes the addition of transgenderism to the LGB category and carried banners that read “lesbians don’t like penises” and “trans activism erases lesbians.” Videos uploaded to Get the L Out’s Twitter account depict an exchange between Get the L Out organizer Angela Wild and a police officer. “I want to make sure I understand. You are removing lesbians from an LGBT march. Is that what you’re...
