Knotted plastic tape was wrapped around the neck of Laci Petersons baby when the tiny body was found on a San Francisco beach, sources close to the investigation tell ABC News.There was also tape on the mothers body, which was discovered nearly a day after the baby remains washed up, the source said.The tape was also found outside Laci Petersons clothing on her lower torso, they said.
