For the second year, residents of this town near Boulder honored an 89-year-old Norwegian man who was cryogenically frozen after his death in 1989 and stored in a shed in town. Local officials tried to stop the experiment. But once they figured out there wasn't much they could do, residents decided to make it the focus of a winter festival.
