Human remains have once again been found in Austin's Lady Bird Lake. Members of the Austin Police Department responded to the 300 block of West Cesar Chavez Street around 1:30 p.m. local time after receiving an 911 call for an urgent welfare check, Officer Ariel Crumes said at a news conference. The 911 caller said he thought he found a dead body on the north side of the Texas lake, Crumes explained.
