Once again, Florida leads the way in conservative government. Apparently, "fascists" down in Florida don't want taxpayers to be purchasing the neck tattoos and Disney World tickets for people who are on welfare. The takeaway here is that the other 49 states ARE paying for the tattoos and video games for welfare recipients. This is a real thing that goes on everywhere in the United States. Except Florida.
