Two Year BackgroundThis was FReep #50 as FReepers have countered the anti-troop hate group Code Pink at their weekly obscene anti-war blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center for over a year and this FReep occurred more than two years after DC Chapter FReepers first countered leftist anti-troop demonstrators at Walter Reed.On March 15, 2004, there was a preliminary skirmish, more than a year before the regular dueling protests between FReepers and Pinkos started. On March 23, we FReeped on all four corners of the main gate at Walter Reed again.  For two straight months we've had all four corners following the Pinkos' retreat as explained in the following thread relative to January 20: Code Pink Retreats from Walter Reed-Freepers Win! (Week 40 Report at #1352). We had a great turnout of FReepers from the DC Chapter and beyond including numerous other patriots as well as several Walter Reed patients. <p>On Jan 27, we held all four corners of the main gate at Walter Reed for the second week in a row. Per last week's thread and report, the Pinkos have been relegated to an area about a block away such that the wounded and their relatives do NOT have to pass close by them to enter or leave Walter Reed Army Medical Center. We had a great turnout of FReepers from the DC Chapter and beyond including numerous Protest Warriors and other patriots. Although the night was cool, it was still warmer than usual for a January night.</p>

I just received a phone call from Kristinn!! The DC Chapter of Protest Warriors obtained a permit for Code Pink’s side of the street today after the Pinko’s forgot to renew their permit. The blood dancers tried to stick it out for about 20-25 minutes before they tucked tail and retreated a block away to the closed entrance. Freepers and Protest Warriors now have all four corners outside the main entrance to WRAMC!

On Friday the 13th, the Pinkos had an unlucky night. We had a great turnout of FReepers from the DC Chapter and beyond. It was a warm night thanks to the global warming caused by our SUVs.   We were able to deploy the MOAB, Mother-of-all-Banners. <p>On Jan 6, the first FReep of the new year, we had a great turnout of FReepers from the DC Chapter and beyond. It was too cold and windy to deploy the MOAB, Mother-of-all-Banners. This was FReep #38 as FReepers have countered the anti-troop hate group Code Pink at their weekly obscene anti-war blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center for 10 months now. Code Pink was videotaped stealing one of the FReepers' signs and then caught red-handed (pink-handed?) after lying straight-faced to a police officer.  This happened after a stunning and brilliant tactic devised by kristinn. We were honored to be joined by the father and brother of Joshua Sparling, the war-wounded Walter Reed patient, who had received left-wing hate mail wishing for his death (see the multiple threads here). We were also honored to welcome a FReeper and his wife from Texas and her father from Italy.</p>

On Dec 30, the eve of New Year's eve, we had a great turnout of FReepers from the DC Chapter and beyond. As was true last week, the weather was quite mild for this time of year. This was FReep #37 as FReepers have countered the anti-troop hate group Code Pink at their weekly obscene anti-war blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center for 9 months now. FReepers brought New Year's noise-makers and party hats to celebrate the last FReep of 2005. This was FReep #36 as FReepers have countered the anti-troop hate group Code Pink at their weekly obscene anti-war blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center for 9 months now. As happened last week, Santa Claus attended, as did many of his helpers, and a couple of his reindeer.  Santa and the other FReepers chanted and shouted at the Pinkos for much of the time. On Nov 25, the day after Thanksgiving, we had a good turnout of FReepers from the DC Chapter and beyond. It was a cold night, but there was little or no wind.  This was FReep #32 as FReepers have countered Code Pinkos at their weekly obscene anti-war blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center as their have for 8 months now.  We overheard a soldier telling off the Pinkos and we had a brief encounter with a Pinko who let on what they really think of our troops. It was a cool (wind chill 33 to 35 degrees), but relatively nice, evening.  This was FReep #31 as FReepers have countered Code Pinkos at their weekly obscene anti-war blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center as their have for over 7 months.  We had a great evening as the bus of wounded troops came back early from Fran O'Brien's, catching the leftists in disarray, as they were packing up.
