ONE person has died after a huge explosion ripped through a block of flats in the Netherlands with cops now hunting for a car. Rescuers are searching for survivors in the three-storey building in The Hague after the blast at around 6.15am this morning. Breaking News BLAST DEMOLISHES FLATS A huge gas explosion in the German town of Halle has seriously damaged several appartment blocks. Homes and flats within a 400-metre radius of the explosion were damaged, officials said. "It was a natural gas explosion," a police spokesman said.
