Springfield, Virginia-AP -- Arraignment is scheduled this morning for a hit-and-run suspect in northern Virginia. Police say the driver hit a man who'd gotten out of his car on an interstate in Fairfax County, near Washington. They think the victim's body was dragged more than eight miles to the home of the driver. The 25-year-old driver called police yesterday morning after finding the victim's body caught in the front-end suspension of his S-U-V.
