Lawyers May Challenge NSA Wiretapping Wednesday, December 28, 2005 WASHINGTON — Defense lawyers in Florida, New York, Ohio and Virginia are considering filing legal challenges on behalf of suspected or convicted terrorists in response to the National Security Agency's wiretapping program.
