The FBI has asked USA Today for the IP addresses and phone numbers of everyone who read one of its articles during a 35-minute period in February as part of an ongoing child porn probe, in what the publisher is calling a violation of the First Amendment. On February 2, FBI agents Daniel Alfin and Laura Schwartzenberger were killed and three others were wounded when 55-year-old David Huber started shooting as they approached his apartment in Fort Lauderdale shortly after 6am. USA Today was among the many news outfits that covered the story on February 2. It published the story...

An employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Kansas City Division has been arrested after being indicted for allegedly taking numerous national security documents from the federal agency and storing them – sometimes for years – in her home. The Department of Justice has identified the worker as Kendra Kingsbury, 48, of Dodge City, Kansas. She was named in a two-count indictment from a federal grand jury that was issued under seal, and released when Kingsbury was arrested. "As an intelligence analyst for the FBI, the defendant was entrusted with access to sensitive government materials," said Assistant Attorney General John...

In the early hours of one April morning, about a dozen armed federal agents burst through the door of the Homer Inn & Spa and surged the halls of the picturesque lodge. The owners and guests startled awake to guns drawn on them as surly agents barked commands, handcuffing them before tearing the place apart. "We're looking for Nancy Pelosi's laptop," the agents told Marilyn Hueper after placing her in cuffs. Marilyn owns the inn with her husband, Paul Hueper. "That still doesn't explain why you're in my home. Or in Homer, Alaska," she replied. The scene played out in...

VIDEOBrian Craig, co-host of the Steve Kane Radio Show, speculated today that the corrupt Department Of "Justice" might be delaying the trials of the Capitol Hill "insurrectionists" until just before the 2022 midterm elections. That is why I am urging everybody to bookmark this video for reference in the Autumn of 2022 to highlight just how corrupt the DOJ and FBI have become. We already have ample examples of very selective, politically motivated law enforcement such as the raid last week on a home in Alaska in which the FBI knocked down the door of a home where they merely...

Rudolph W. Giuliani says that the FBI secretly spied on his Apple iCloud account beginning in late 2019 when he was having regular messaging conversations with his client, President Trump, during House impeachment proceedings. Mr. Giuliani said the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan on Thursday informed his attorney, Robert Costello, that covert wiretapping took place. Mr. Giuliani, once the mob-fighting top prosecutor in New York and then the city’s mayor, said an assistant U.S. attorney made the disclosure because the operation will have to be detailed in court. The penetration happened under the Trump administration and then-Attorney General William P....

RUDY Giuliani claimed the FBI turned down taking Hunter Biden's hard drives three times while they raided his home. Giuliani made the comments during an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Thursday, a day after the FBI raided his home with a warrant to seize electronics. "The agents seemed somewhat apologetic, I might say," Giuliani said. "They were very, very professional and very gentlemanly. The only time they got perturbed is at the end of the search, when they had taken about seven or eight electronic items of mine ... they weren't taking the three hard drives." Giuliani continued to...

Which septuagenarian pol represents the greater threat to the United States — Rudy Giuliani or John Forbes Kerry Yet it was Rudy’s home and office in Manhattan that were raided Wednesday by the corrupt FBI, while America’s Gigolo continued to get a total pass on the amazing revelation that he’s been whispering top-secret U.S./Israeli intelligence to one of the top leaders of Iran, which l t’s great to be a Democrat, isn’t it? Not only do you never have to say you’re sorry, you also never have to say, “Not guilty, Your Honor.” eads the world in state-sponsored terrorism.

A newly declassified report shows the FBI trawled through vast troves of Americans' communications collected by the National Security Agency Despite previous warnings it was violating the Constitution, the report reveals how the FBI continues to use warrantless searches for routine criminal cases A single request from an FBI analyst for NSA data 'in connection with predicated criminal investigations relating to domestic terrorism' turned up 33 hits It's unclear from the heavily-redacted FISA court report whether it uncovered any criminal extremist behavior or made any arrests resulting from the searches A senior FBI official told the DailyMail.com the FBI had...

Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) is asking the FBI to reassess their decision to classify the June 14, 2017 baseball field shooting outside of Washington as “suicide by cop” rather than a domestic terrorism case.Wenstrup was present when the Republican legislators were targeted by left-wing extremist James Hodgkinson, who fired over 100 rounds at them and other staff, severely injuring House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.), who was hit on the hip and recovered after many surgeries. The letter, (pdf) which protests and asks for a reassessment, was addressed to FBI Director Christopher Wray last week and made available to reporters on...

The FBI on Friday finally released the requested documents on murdered DNC operative Seth Rich. For years the FBI denied there were any documents on Seth Rich’s unsolved murder. We caught them in this lie. And now they release the documents but they are highly redacted. The FBI cannot be trusted. Today they finally released the documents to Attorney Ty Clevenger. We posted the documents here at The Gateway Pundit after Clevenger’s website crashed. As you can see, the FBI redacted most of the documents.

The parents of a severely mentally disabled man are speaking out on how the FBI groomed him as a right-wing terrorist, knowing he’s paranoid schizophrenic. Originally Released 08/17/17 – (TFTP) It’s become a near-weekly occurrence. Somewhere in some state, the FBI will announce that they’ve foiled yet another terrorist plot and saved lives. However, as the data shows, the majority of these cases involve psychologically diminished patsies who’ve been entirely groomed, armed, and entrapped by FBI agents. Simply put, the FBI manufactures terror threats and then takes credit for stopping them. While many of these cases have garnered attention and...

WASHINGTON — Federal authorities arrested two men over the weekend on suspicion of assaulting Capitol police Officer Brian Sicknick and two others with bear mace during the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. Julian Elie Khater, 32, and George Piere Tanios, 39, were arrested Sunday and are expected to appear in federal court Monday, The Associated Press reported. In a criminal complaint obtained by The Washington Post, an FBI official said surveillance footage and other video showed Khater and Tanios talking Jan. 6 as supporters of President Donald Trump gathered at the Capitol.

FBI Uses SWAT Tactical Team, Armored Vehicles and Armed Troops to Arrest Man Who Attended January 6 Capitol Hill Protest Just as the FBI used a heavily armed tactical SWAT team to arrest Roger Stone, the FBI deployed the same tactics in Naples, Florida to arrest a man who attended the January 6th DC protest march. Military tactics, armored vehicles, automatic rifles and a no-knock raid. Essentially the FBI continues to send a message to the larger electorate. They use these aggressive tactics against people based on their politics. There are no honorable “rank and file” in the modern FBI;...

This is a rather odd story that I’ve been following for a while now, so bear with me. It’s been featured on a couple of the Travel Channel’s conspiracy theory shows and you’ll see why in a moment if you’re not familiar with it. But a recent development may bring it out of the tinfoil hat column and at least into the realm of possibility. The tale starts in the 1860s when legend has it that a large wagon full of gold bullion was either stolen or “went missing” in a remote area of western Pennsylvania. The shipment had supposedly...

According to the FBI: …”The FBI’s Washington Field Office has released new information and video regarding the pipe bombs placed in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C., on January 5, 2021, and is seeking additional information from the public. Identifying the person responsible for placing these pipe bombs is a priority for the FBI’s Washington Field Office and our partners at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; U.S. Capitol Police; and D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.” Accept the statement at face value and then ask yourself: what is wrong with this picture? Seeking your help. Comments turned off....

attorney general Barr is reflecting on the calls he made that benefitted President Trump and a few that didn't in his final days in office – as he said the CIA didn't stray beyond its international spy brief in 2016. Barr told the Wall Street Journal he was suspicious that CIA agents – who are barred from spying on Americans – had spied on President Trump's campaign. The president repeatedly alleged publicly he was spied on. But according to Barr, it didn't happen. 'The CIA stayed in its lane,' he told the Wall Street Journal in an interview.

Armed Trump supporters surrounded a Biden campaign bus and rammed a Biden campaign staffer’s car in Texas on Friday. The confrontation occurred while the bus was driving down a local highway. A sizable group of vehicles that were displaying Trump campaign material had been lined up along the edge of the road and waiting for the Biden bus to pass by, and when the bus arrived, the drivers sprung into action and positioned their vehicles around the moving bus, seemingly trying to box it in and run it off the road. According to Dr. Eric Cervini, who was with the...
