COFFEEVILLE (AP) — A Coffeeville High School teacher has been arrested and charged with having sex with at least four students and involving at least one of them in a plot to kill her husband. The teacher, Sharon Linton Rutherford, 30, was arrested Tuesday and arraigned Wednesday in Clarke County Circuit Court.Charges include solicitation of murder, first-degree rape, second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes. GARDEN CITY, Kan. - A teacher has been arrested on allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student. Nadine Nunnelee, 40, of Garden City, was taken into custody Wednesday at Garden City High School, said police Capt. Mike Utz. BUTTONWILLOW, Calif. (AP) - Kern County authorities arrested a teacher today on charges that she had a sexual relationship with one of her 12-year-old students. Authorities say Sherry Brians, a 41-year-old teacher at Buttonwillow School, had been under investigation since before Christmas. The 12-year-old boy's mother went to authorities after finding a letter in her son's backpack that indicated the two had a romantic and physical relationship at the school.
