A 19-year old man displayed a weapon at a Delray Beach McDonald’s last week because the store’s ice cream machine wasn’t working, police said. Jerry Henry had an "AK-style rifle" as he entered the McDonald’s drive-thru Aug. 13, according to NBC affiliate WPTV. Henry, the vehicle’s passenger, “became upset” upon learning that ice cream was unavailable at the McDonald’s on Linton Boulevard close to I-95. He grabbed the gun, sending restaurant employees to seek cover in the bathroom. Henry was arrested and there were no reported injuries.

Last night, for the first time in a long time, I watched the 1993 movie Falling Down on YouTube, and was struck by the final line: “I’m the bad guy? How’d that happen? I did everything they told me to.” William Foster is a guy who believed in the system. He followed the rules, and yet lost everything. His wife divorced him. He lost his job. His wife has a restraining order against him so he’s not even allowed to attend his daughter’s birthday party. The world has ceased to make sense. Falling Down is a classic — some of...

ANAHEIM, Calif. - Surveillance cameras captured a man’s rant at employees over a taco special at a Mexican restaurant. KNSD reported that a customer thought a sign outside Palapas Tacos in Anaheim, California, said fish tacos were $1.99 daily. He missed the words at the top of the banner that read, “Especial de Viernes.” The words mean “Friday special” in English. Multiple signs list daily specials, which are advertised with the day of the week in Spanish. Palapas Tacos owner Juan Del Rio said the man was upset because he was charged full price for the fish tacos. He ordered...

‘Snoping' Out Snopes on Hillary Clinton It wasn’t in India where Hillary Clinton first blamed ‘pressure’ from men for why white women voted for Trump. Clinton first tried blaming pressure from men for women in voting against her in 2017—but ‘fact-checking’ snopes.com was quick to deny it in this Sept. 15, 2017 headline: ‘A viral Facebook quote misquotes the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate’. It was no less than barefaced Fake News in action!

The breakfast menu at a local McDonald's in Janesville, Wisconsin, is apparently responsible for a woman attacking her boyfriend this weekend. According to a police report obtained by TheSmokingGun.com, Shanaya Edgell paid a visit to the fast food restaurant around three o'clock Sunday morning hoping to get a cheeseburger. Police say when she was told they were only serving breakfast, Edgell got upset and her boyfriend drove off. She later changed her mind and headed back to the restaurant, but was apparently still a bit angry. Edgell told police during questioning that she had "freaked out" over the menu change...

When Shanaya Edgell arrived early yesterday morning at a McDonald’s in Janesville, Wisconsin, she was expecting to order from the fast food joint’s regular menu--Big Macs, french fries, Chicken McNuggets, and the like. < p> Except it was around 3 AM and the restaurant had already switched over to its breakfast menu--hash browns, Egg McMuffins, hotcakes, and the like. This enraged Edgell, according to Janesville Police Department officers. The 22-year-old--for some unexplained reason--turned on her boyfriend, biting him on the lip and tearing off his shirt. At some point during her meltdown, Edgell climbed atop the roof of her 40-year-old...

OAXACA, Mexico - Four youths wearing masks tossed gasoline bombs at a McDonald's restaurant in the conflict-torn city of Oaxaca on Sunday, damaging the windows, seats and play area, police said. Security personnel at the shopping center where the McDonald's is located extinguished the blaze, police said. The restaurant was closed during the pre-dawn attack, and nobody was hurt. The shopping mall is near a university where leftist protesters set up their headquarters last month after police drove them out of city's main plaza, which they had occupied for five months in a bid to force the resignation of the...

NEW YORK -- By the dawn's early light, Caroline Marcil finally finished on national TV what she started at a hockey game — a flawless rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner." The Montreal singer was to perform the national anthems of two countries before the United States' 5-4 exhibition victory over Canada on Friday in Quebec City. Despite two tries, she forgot the words to the U.S. anthem and then left to get the lyrics. When she returned to the rink, she slipped on the carpet covering the ice and plopped on her back before a Quebec Coliseum crowd of 7,166....
