On Twitter December 28, President Trump wrote: “In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year’s Eve on record. Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!” Predictably, social media lit up with comments by agitated alarmists who apparently believe everything, including the gas problem their great uncle had during Christmas dinner, is caused by global warming. They won’t be happy until the Earth freezes over and everyone dies. They must have missed the news...

President Trump has not let the tedious gap between Christmas and New Year go to waste. What none of these goons ever seems to realize is that they are all being played. Donald Trump really does not care about how snarky their comebacks are or how seemingly clever their analogies or how withering their contempt. The more they sneer, the more snotty and aloof it makes them look – and the more out of touch with normal people. .....nobody’s fooled......It’s not President Trump’s alleged anti-science ignorance and failure to think of the “children of the future” that’s really galling the...

Questions have been swirling around why hedge-fund tycoon and Democrat mega-donor Tom Steyer didn’t disclose his role in a controversial campaign to get state and local governments to file climate change lawsuits against energy companies. Steyer’s super PAC, NextGen Climate Action distanced itself from the strategy, telling Politico’s Morning Energy in September†“We’re definitely not pushing this thing.†The theory is that energy companies including ExxonMobil, Shell and Chevron misled the public about climate change, just as tobacco companies lied about the effects of smoking, and should therefore be forced to pay costs for decades to come. For instance, they...

Something that never interferes with the climate change indoctrinators is facts. Since we are getting record cold, that is also caused by climate change and global warming, and that is caused by humans, according to these so-called "experts." From an article that made its way to USA Today: This week's cold snap has brought record-low temperatures, freezing rain and heavy snow to much of the United States. But 2017 is still on track to be the second- or third-hottest year ever recorded globally – and scientists say climate change is to blame[.] ... Even this week's cold weather is probably...

President Donald Trump is good at trolling liberals. Well he’s done it again, this time on the topic of global warming. Trump took to twitter and took a sledgehammer of reality upside the heads of climate-change preaching liberals who are always insisting the sky is falling. Following record cold temperatures in the east, Trump decided it was time to call for some global warming. "In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year’s Eve on record. Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to...

Former “Jersey Shore” cast member Vinny Guadagnino shot back at President Trump on Thursday after Trump said the United States could use some “good old global warming” to heat up cold states. “I think climate change is more complex than global warming will make it hotter,” Guadagnino tweeted to Trump. “It has to do with disruptions of atmospheric conditions, ocean patterns, jet streams and s--t like that.” The former MTV reality star later responded to Twitter users who mocked him for replying to Trump, asking “why does having a summer shore house automatically make [you] stupid? Trump tweeted Thursday evening...

President Trump says the frigid weather across much of the country "could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming."Several climate scientists respond in tweets of their own, questioning the president's logic."There is still hunger in the world, even if you just had a Big Mac," says Jon Foley, executive director of the California Academy of Sciences.

You can dream of ringing in the New Year, blissfully walking in a winter wonderland. But you'll probably end up just trying to find shelter from the big Arctic freeze. Across the US, New Year's Eve is expected to be 20 to 40 degrees colder than usual this year (except for the Southwest, because they're lucky like that). So if you plan on counting down to 2018 outdoors on Sunday night, be prepared to wrap yourself up, because it's going to be some kind of cold out there.

NINE YEARS AGO THIS MONTH— Al Gore predicted the North Polar Ice Cap would be completely ice free in five years. Gore made the prediction to a German audience in 2008. He told them that “the entire North ‘polarized’ cap will disappear in 5 years.” “Five Years” This wasn’t the only time Gore made his ice-free prediction. Gore’s been predicting this since 2007. According to Al Gore the North Pole should be completely melted by now.

(CNN)At 8 p.m. Thursday, after a third straight day of golf at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, and the temperature was 72 degrees, President Donald Trump tweeted this: "In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year's Eve on record. Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!" The "logic" at work here is simple: How can climate change, aka global warming, be real if it is so cold outside? Trump tweets that...

President Trump took to Twitter Thursday to note the record-breaking cold weather currently slamming much of the eastern U.S., saying the country could use some “global warming” during the cold snap. “In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year’s Eve on record,” Trump tweeted. “Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!” Large swaths of the US are expected to see record-breaking cold temperatures over New Year’s weekend, with some areas expected to have...

A biology professor from San Jose State University recently argued in several tweets that “chromosomes don’t determine sex.” The tweets were written in response to Texas State Representative Briscoe Cain, who had tweeted a picture of the XX and XY chromosomes as reminder of "how many genders there are." A San Jose State University biology professor recently accused a Texas state legislator of being “bigoted” for tweeting that there are only two genders. “In case you forgot how many genders there are,” Republican State Representative Briscoe Cain tweeted on December 21, attaching a picture of the XX and XY chromosomes....

In a little over a decade the world could be plunged into a 'mini ice age', scientists have warned. Temperatures will start dropping in 2021, according to a mathematical model of the Sun's magnetic energy. This, they say, will lead to a phenomenon known as the 'Maunder minimum' - which has previously been known as a mini ice age when it hit between 1646 and 1715, even causing London's River Thames to freeze over. The study says that between 2020 and 2030 solar cycles will cancel each other out. The model of the Sun's solar cycle is producing unprecedentedly accurate...

Scientific studies used by the Obama administration to help justify tough environmental regulations are coming under intensifying scrutiny, with critics questioning their merit as the Trump EPA reverses or delays some of those rules. In one case, agencies determined the research used to prop up a ban on a particular pesticide was questionable. On another front, the Environmental Protection Agency never complied with a congressional subpoena for the data used to justify most Obama administration air quality rules. “EPA regulations are based on secret data developed in the 1990s,” Steve Milloy, who served on President Trump’s EPA transition team, told...

The true mark of a shyster is to take advantage of every opportunity to milk a person for money, and especially when emotions and sympathy run high. Christmas is one of those times. I give you exhibit A, Al Gore’s “Climate Reality Project”. I got this in my inbox this morning.Of course, when you click on that donate button, Al doubles down:Yes, send money to Al Gore to “end the climate crisis”. Yeah, that’s the ticket. He has quite a payroll to support, just look at all the employees here Anybody stupid enough to fall for this, especially on...

Thanks to rising global temperatures, rapidly melting Arctic ice and growing human operations in the North, Santa Claus has signed an agreement with the International community to relocate his village next year to operate in an exclusive zone in the South Pole. Santa’s relocation agreement marks the first time that the international community agrees on a common legal definition of climate change that includes refugees as corporations, as well as individuals. This deal is expected to lead to the deployment of a global climate change refugee visa system that in the near future could help to more easily relocate individuals...

The European Union has agreed a host of climate and energy targets this week: It’s set energy efficiency standards for new buildings, and agreed to climate targets for 2030. Europe has a history of progressive environmental legislation, and it political leaders often position themselves as climate heroes. Recently, French President Emmanuel Macron appears to have moved in on German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s traditional territory as international climate champion, with public displays of support for climate science and attacks on US President Donald Trump’s regressive climate policies. But behind the bravado, is Europe doing enough to cut emissions? The short answer,...

Tens of thousands of people have evacuated their land in Bali as the nearby volcano Mount Agung angrily spits ash and its magma rises. Many Balinese hold the mountain sacred and accept its occasional outbursts as moral admonishments whereas geologists consider this activity a routine part of Earth’s behavior. But scientists have found another force - climate change - affects the frequency of eruptions. Now a new study shows even relatively minor climate variations may have such an influence. If they are right, today’s global warming could mean more and bigger volcanic eruptions in the future. The new study is...

The city and county of Santa Cruz has joined a growing number of communities suing oil companies over climate change, alleging a Big Tobacco-like plot in which the fossil fuel industry long concealed the dangers of its products from consumers. The two lawsuits, filed Wednesday, blame the use and combustion of oil, gas and coal for accelerating sea level rise and threatening hundreds of millions of dollars of damage to the famously dramatic and much visited Santa Cruz County coast. While the challenge is similar to other suits recently filed by waterfront communities in California, including San Francisco, the new...
