File this under “World’s Dumbest Criminals.” Two St. Louis, Missouri, police officers were in their fully marked police vehicle on Saturday when a man stepped into traffic, walked up to the passenger side of the vehicle, and pointed a handgun at the officers in an attempt to carjack the vehicle.
