Late Sunday evening, Big League Politics broke a story detailing an apparent sexual assault allegation against Democrat Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax occurring during the 2004 Democratic National Convention. Now, that reporting has been confirmed according to a statement coming directly from Lt. Governor Fairfax’s office.
