WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich is asking the U.S. Department of Transportation inspector general to investigate the Regional Transit Authority's Euclid Corridor project. Kucinich wants to investigate whether the RTA's budget shortfall is linked to the project. The RTA this week announced major cuts to bus routes and is also seeking to increase fares. Kucinich, a Democrat, represents Ohio's 10th Congressional District.
