Julie Kelly 🇺🇸 @julie_kelly2 Boasberg's release of the woman who made threats against the president and was arrested near the White House last month wasn't the only one. In an arguably worse case, Boasberg released a man with a long record charged with one count of making threats against Pres Trump--telling police officers during an arrest he was "going to kill the president." Here is just a taste of Ed Dana's record: 11:19 AM · Sep 2, 2025

Less than two weeks ago, a woman named Nathalie Rose Jones traveled from New York to Washington, DC with the intent of killing President Trump. US Attorney For DC Jeanine Pirro announced her arrest saying, “She was working to have [Trump] eliminated. She’s now in custody, she will be prosecuted to the fullest extent to the law.” Now this woman has been quietly released by Obama appointed Judge James Boasberg. That would be the same Judge Boasberg who has repeatedly interfered in efforts to deport illegal alien criminals. The New York Post reports:

A federal judge on Tuesday threw out the Justice Department’s lawsuit against all 15 federal district judges in Maryland over an order slowing down speedy deportation efforts, calling the administration’s attacks on the judiciary “unprecedented and unfortunate.” U.S. District Judge Thomas Cullen, an appointee of President Trump who sits on a federal court in Virginia, dismissed the lawsuit challenging a May standing order that automatically blocks the deportation of migrants in Maryland who file legal challenges over their detention for two business days. The Trump administration had argued that the order, which was signed by the chief judge of the...

A U.S. magistrate judge is expected to order the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from a Tennessee jail Friday while he awaits trial on federal human smuggling charges. The release will provide the closest thing to freedom Abrego Garcia has felt since he was wrongfully deported to a notorious El Salvador prison in March, making him a face — if not the face — of President Donald Trump’s hardline immigration policies. Abrego Garcia’s lawyers stated in a court filings Tuesday that a private security firm will take Abrego Garcia from Tennessee to Maryland when he’s freed. But Abrego Garcia’s liberty before trial...
