The man accused of shooting a North Miami Beach police officer in February is expected to get out of jail on bond Wednesday. Elton Bandoo did not appear in court Tuesday, where he was granted bond following a three-day hearing. Bandoo's attorney says his client will bond out Wednesday morning.
