Prolacta Bioscience has opened the first large-scale breastmilk processing facility in the nation. The Monrovia facility will accept donated milk from milk banks around the nation and use various pasteurization, formulation and filling processes to produce high-quality donor milk with specific calorie, fat and protein content meant for premature babies.
