An FBI agent who shot a fellow passenger onboard a Washington, DC, Metro train line in December was arrested on Tuesday for attempted murder, prosecutors announced. Eduardo Valdivia was indicted with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, use of a firearm and reckless endangerment charges, Montgomery County Circuit Court records show. Judge Joan Ryon ordered Valdivia to be released on personal bond, and he must turn over all his firearms and his passport. A plea was not entered. The FBI has joined the hunt for the operator of some kind of high-performance drone that flew “dangerously close” to a Customs and Border Protection helicopter over southern Arizona last Feb. 9. According to report from KOLD News, the Tucson CBS affiliate, the drone buzzed the CBP helicopter near Davis Monthan Air Force Base and then followed it for an hour, going as high as 14,000 feet.
