BATON ROUGE - A trooper was injured and two people died in several crashes involving impaired drivers on Easter morning. In Baton Rouge Parish, troopers say Magen Alicia Hall was nearly double the legal alcohol limit when she allegedly plowed into that back of a trooper's SUV around 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
