Minnesota state employee Dylan Adams, who caused at least $20,000 in damage by keying multiple Teslas around Minneapolis last year, has been promoted to a supervisor position and given a raise. Taxpayers are continuing to pay the salary of Dylan Adams, a fiscal policy analyst at the Minneapolis DHS.
